@Gigi - I most certainly will continue to keep you updated!

@Brett - I don't think it's too late for you at all, I got this treatment after 10 years of continuous hair loss. I really never recommend any hair loss treatments to anyone, for several reasons, but I feel that there really is no downside to giving this a try. If it doesn't work, you are out time and money. Not bad considering other things carry must more of a downside and those as well. It was the first thing that came along in a really long time that felt was "worth a shot." And I'm so glad I went for it.

@Angela - Do you still have the wine? LOL Thank you girl. MUAH

@Jeaneen - I look forward to hearing about your experience and journey.

@Balding Girl - I have Androgenetic Alopecia, which is female pattern hair loss. It is hormonal hair loss. My hair loss started in 1999. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.

@Judy - I have heard that several times now, that a doctor who was performing this treatment now no longer is due to what he is saying is lack of results. Well, I don't know about what he was doing, but I know the results I've received have exceeded my expectations. You can't just go by what a few people say. It really is a personal decision and we have to weigh out the pros and cons and decide what is best for us. I have heard from several other women who have also had this done with Dr. Greco, and thus far they are pleased. I haven't personally received any negative reports from anyone on this site.

@Julie - Hope indeed... Hope indeed!

@ Wanda - My entire trip (like Tara) was 3 days, as I was coming in from California. I flew in, checked in, slept. Then saw Dr. Greco the next day, came back to the Hotel and rested. Then the following morning, washed my hair, checked out and flew out. :) Also like Tara said, the office will provide you with a list of Hotels which you can choose from.

@Tara - I'm so happy to hear you are thus far having a similar experience to mine, which is awesome! I just went for my second treatment with Dr. Greco and plan on posting about that very soon. I went before the "required" time to return because I'm neurotic and I wanted to make sure I keep the goodness in my scalp going. LOL

Wanda - when you make your appt. the reception will forward you recommended hotels near by their offices - price range is moderate. Depending upon where you live (I live in California, so it took me a whole day in travel to Florida) I would recommend a 3 day stay, ideally the blood pallets should remain on your scalp for 24hrs before you wash it off - therefore, you should book a later flight on the day of your departure to give you enough time to leave it on your scalp and wash off in the morning.

Judy - wanted to let you know I also flew out to Tampa to have this procedure done (it's currently been 3 weeks and so far so good). When I spoke with Dr. Greco he told me that what makes his procedure unique and proprietary from others is how he splits your blood cells from the pallets, this is how he develops the "protein matrix" described in his blog. The protein matix is not additive, but instead is develop through the splitting process. I believe this one of the reasons why the office near your home stopped this procedure (due to lack of results). Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this treatment to everyone.
