My eyes are tired of words sprawled on a page about absolutely nothing...most of the blogs lack substance and are inundated with advertisements for other products. Whatever you read, don't stray from what is really important. Listen to your own body as you have lived it in all your life. Understand that hair loss is not a stable condition that will auto-heal or worsen...it's up to you to make sure you are healthy, whether you focus on diet and exercise or social life. Always do something to make you feel good, you'll look good in return. A simple smile releases so many endorphins, you'll soon forget about your head!

Research and learn what information is available and take everything at face value. Don't lose sight of yourself or get carried away on the next best thing. On average, i've spent nearly $5,000 a year on hair help! Nothing works best for me than a $30 wig!

You are so right about hair loss forums, I know exactly what you mean. Everyone is nice enough, but the confusion factor is huge. Thank you for starting this blog. I do enjoy reading it and reading about your days as I struggle with my own.
